Rise Therapy

Hello. We are Rise Therapy, a brand new speech-language therapy clinic located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Rise is comprised of two licensed speech-language pathologists, Heather Henderson, M.S., CCC-SLP and Keli Pieratt, M.S., CCC-SLP. Rise Therapy’s seed was planted way back in 2013 when the two of us met in graduate school. The current global delay in children’s language development skills is the reason we are here now. Post-pandemic, our hearts have been drawn to little ones in need who may have missed out on appropriate intervention and exposure to language enriching environments that are the very foundation of speech and language development. The delay is so significant that the CDC has recently raised the ages for several major speech and language milestones. We at Rise Therapy believe this is restorable. Our mission is to provide speech and language therapy services to children, and education for their families in a casual and comfortable setting. Our desire is to provide local access to therapy services for children whose expressive and receptive language skills may have been affected by the pandemic as a result of the isolation many of them faced for almost 18 months(i.e., lack of schooling, interaction, resources, exposure to typically developing peers, etc.). Here at Rise, we strive to help your child to not just “get by” with delayed communication skills, but to RISE above the current speech-language status quo. We are here and we are ready to serve you.
